Promotional SMS Program

If you separately opt in to the optional promotional SMS program, you may receive occasional promotional text messages from First Equity Asset Recovery, a registered DBA of Nick FM Holdings LLC, including surplus-fund notifications, property alerts, service offers, and related promotional information.

The consent language for this program is:

"I consent to receive occasional marketing messages regarding offers from First Equity Asset Recovery, a registered DBA of Nick FM Holdings LLC. Message frequency may vary. Consent to either SMS program is optional. Each program has a separate checkbox, and consent to either program is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Cancellations

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that is sending you messages. After you send "STOP", we will send a confirmation SMS to let you know you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from First Equity Asset Recovery. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time (or text "START" if available), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
